So guys I decided to do a little experiment with my food today..so I had yam and four eggs and decided to fry the two together (after boiling the yam) and see how it looks...I normally fry the egg and boil the yam then eat them separately...but only God knows what came over me today...

Note-i fried with red oil cos I would have eaten only the yam with red oil before soooo? And ohh, I am flushing every thing with a nice bottle of red wine ...

Why use oil for this combo though?

If you had use vegetable oil and some freshly diced habanero pepper in it, it would have appeared better.
