If we literally define the "Double Jeopardy rule" in criminal law, it means that an accused who is discharged and acquitted or convicted for a crime cannot be prosecuted for the same crime again.

Double Jeopardy rule states that someone who succeeded in court cannot be subjected to a trial again.

If we apply the "Double Jeopardy" rule to the twist, it means that a housemate that has won at the polls should not be "tried" the second time as that one trial at the polls is enough.

If the "double jeopardy" rule is applied negatively, it means the housemate can be made to stand trial and evicted even though he survived the first trial convincingly.

Like I am so disappointed. I would have loved to see Pere and Cross just being very happy to have made it to the finale. They would have been teasing each other, showcasing their bromance. This white room thing is so boring and DOA.

The organizers don’t even have sense. They should have put just Pere in the white room. They could have made him go into the house when all housemates had slept last night only for them to wake up this morning to see him. They also could have made him go into the house this morning while the housemates worked out to steal some of their valued and mostly used possessions. That would have made the housemates confused then they could have brought him back in tonight for their last challenge or whatever. This white room thing will Angel is so boring and unfair.
