These are the weeks I drove full time on uber. My best week was week of Christmas. I make more than that every week I gross 200k... And we're not in Christmas yet. Bolt makes it easier to gross 200k than Uber ever will. And I spend more on fuel driving on uber because of the long pick ups. The choice is really simple. 4 Likes

Pearl1910:Glad you understand my POV. That makes it easy to share rides. Work while u can, and still earn your bonus. Easy peezy. Can't be thinking of bonuses and also thinking of acceptance, cancellation or completion rates. Least I forget, the acceptance rate for the owner of that uber dashboard is 11%. Meaning he doesn't have a gun to his head to accept most trips to earn bonuses. Most bolt drivers earn their bonuses fraudulently About the festive season, 3% commission after 15 trips is the eldorado. Uber and Bolt no be mates. I hope to get online soon and make some doe. 4 Likes

Last month was basically net earnings of 164,000 weekly. Uber can't give this. Except it's festive period. 3 Likes

July was the month with 24/7 surges. A month with a semblance of what to expect during festive periods. It was basically 187,500 net weekly. Uber can never ever give me this if I start and end my days at the same time. 5 Likes

I'm currently inside a bus. By the time I get home I would have spent 1,000 on transportation just from oshodi. I'll like to have the uber driver vs office worker argument again but this time, focus will be on the expenses of the office worker. This is crazy 1 Like |

chillex8: All earn bonuses fraudulently. By sliding arriving so that cancellation rate will not be affected. By cancelling with phone number not available. High earnings on bolts happens by beating the system. Since you can see the destination, they would rather pick the ones with high earnings and leave (slide arriving) the ones with low earnings for the ones that are asking for the secret for high earnings. No hidden secrets to high earnings, target long trips and also target surge. 6 Likes |

tunlapapa: Yes, I agree. And two other very important things. 1. Availability of close trips. Not that am in Allen and am getting trips from Shrine, Omole or Magodo. 2. Ignoring and cancelling trips without serious consequences. There is no kalokalo with Bolt ratings, why it goes up and down rapidly is because it is based on just 40trips unlike Uber that is based on 500trips. We have analysed this before. 2 Likes |

Pearl1910: If there is no kalokalo, how come it's only Bolt drivers that are worried about ratings? Like earlier said, you have to be fraudulent to survive on bolt by using kanuisagoat's method 2 Likes |

Gudvibes06: These are my concerns with Uber. Now tell me if u had another option will u still continue to waste ur fuel and time to endure that rubbish? And will rider also waste his precious time next time to use Uber again when he will have to wait like 15mins when Bolt is 5mins away? Except offcourse because of price difference. I make bold to say any driver who "thinks" he prefers Uber to bolt as we speak today is either ignorant or just doesn't have access to d Bolt App. If it is for respect, sanity peace of mind etc I agree but as for earnings, I disagree. I still tried it last two weeks. Bolt is d king of the Industry in Nigeria right now. 6 Likes |

Pearl1910: Every business has it's own modus operandi, you don't expect to succeed on uber with the same strategy applied on Bolt. Make bold to post your dashboard for the week you recently drive with Uber and Bolt let do the comparison |

Felicity001: This is a fact. I drove on bolt for 6 months straight before joining moove this April. I was somehow confused on how adjust to uber because I knew mode of operations are different. Same way I will be confused on how to adjust if I decide to drive mainly on bolt. |

Bolt should be compensating drivers anytime they get to a rider's location and rider cancels or driver almost at rider's location and rider cancels. It is so annoying. You just waste fuel for nothing 3 Likes |

Gudvibes06:It happened to me last night. A destination trip to my area. She called immediately I accepted the trip to tell me where she was and I moved. She called again when I was almost there and I told her where I was, then when I finally got there I called to inform her and she said "okay I'm coming out" (it was an event center) After waiting for over 5 mins I called her again to hurry her up, next thing I heard was.. "I'm sorry I've left because of the crowd (touts) outside, you sef can see them. I tried cancelling from here it did not go, pls help me cancel " I had to ask again that did she mean she was inside and couldn't come out cuz of the touts or she had actually left, she said I've left the place she wanted to start explanation again I just told her don't worry before she scatter my brain.. she left how, from I'm coming out to I've left when I parked exactly at the entrance/exit. Did she fly or disappear lol. Riders like that are mostly girls who have gotten free ride from one guy that has been eyeing them at the party 12 Likes |
