OP, you just have shaving bumps. It might be ingrown hairs that can't get out (hence the bumps). Both women and men get them all the time. The usual culprit is probably that you're using a razor with blunt blades. Make sure that you replace your razors after every 3 to 5 uses. Make sure you're using shaving cream when you shave, it doesn't matter the brand. I would also recommend using men's razors and not women's razors.
