bro this is not the reason... Igbos started living outside their own after the civil war. There was nothing left for them to fall back to haven't lost everything to the war. What we are having in the East is of two ways. One those using ipob or Esn to still and commit crimes and two those who group themselves under the guys of Esn to perpetrate crimes.
