However since you didn't mention if you used Hive or Sqflite or any other flutter packages. I can't really give a developer's point of view on the architecture side.

From the UI side, I think these pointers would help
1. A task should be able to marked as finished. Not deleted. I might want to check off a task as done but still want to see the tasks I did
3. What does the plus sign at the top of the appbar do? Same as the FloatingActionButton? It's quite confusing from a UX point of view
4. A progress bar at the top to see a general overview of completed task vs total tasks for a particular section would be nice too

If it's playstore worthy? I think you should upload it irrespective. It's yours and could always grow into something huge.
Also, it's nice to point to your app on the store and say you made that. Helps with getting jobs and all

To solely build mobile apps with flutter, you need to learn Dart and flutter...Dart is the programming language while flutter is the framework.

he means if you have 5 tasks on a list, and you complete 3, there should be a bar at the top of the interface saying 70% complete, (progress tracker, you get)
maybe it could go to a completed tasks archive when done with?
