Good day everyone one my mum wants to be a co sponsor though her account is not really funded but she wants to sell a property. My worry is that the funds is going to come in as a lump sum. Can we explain that she sold a property and provide evidence. |

Testimony and Transcript... Apologies once again for the delay. I won't be selfish not to share my testimony, God was involved from the beginning. I learnt so much from this Nairaland family. I remember when I created my IRCC application account and I came online one day and someone mentioned using his Work official email address and it's advantage. I ran back and change the email address on my account to my official email.. This was my first time applying. Beginning of this year I knew nothing about Canada Study Permit application. I remember submitting my application for PhD study to UBC the first week of this year.. I was offered Admission in Civil Engineering (PhD) with full funding in the month of March. I never knew Canada Study Permit application was a different ball game. The first thing I did was to go to LinkedIn and my God brought my part to a PhD student angel in UBC. He carried my application as his own. God remember and showed me mercy. My timeline is below already, but a quick review. Applied: May 17th Biometrics done: May 24th Upfront medical passed: May 28th BVL: September 22nd PPR: September 29th. Transcript. * 3 IMM forms submitted * PASSPORT - Never traveled before, submitted my renewed passport * LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE - Conditional Letter of Acceptance. Later submitted my Unconditional Letter of Acceptance * PROOF OF MEANS OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT - Financial Support Letter from UBC - International Award Letter from UBC - My Bank Statement of Salary Account with around $4k - Employment Letter from my Workplace - Identification Letter to IRCC from Workplace - Sent my 3 months Payslip later after submission - Letter of Support from Aunty, transferred to my Account $4k - Aunty Company Certificate - Aunty MBA - Letter of Support from another Aunty of $5k - Aunty Company Certificate - Aunty MBA and ID Card. * DIGITAL PHOTO * CLIENT INFORMATION - LOE/POS - BSc Certificate - MSc Certificate - WAEC - Proficiency of English Language from University - NYSC - Birth Certificate - Police Certificate - Resume - Transcript of BSc and MSc - Former workplace Employment letter - NIM - Professional Certificate. - Siblings Birth Certificate - Parents Birth Certificate - Picture of me and my Family - Current Employment Letter - Promotion Letter - Introduction Letter to IRCC from workplace - Introduction Letter to IRCC from my H.O.D - Later submitted Study Leave permit from workplace I prayed, fasted, gave seed and prayed more. I sent emails to MP, Nairobi, London, Beijing, Nigeria etc. Sent webforms to IRCC, Nairobi, Lagos etc. God kept me. I gave up many times, but friends kept on building my faith. I kept on believing God. It was totally God from beginning to the PPR. I look forward to sharing my travel transcript * APPRECIATION This was an imperfect application made perfect by God. I thank God....Big shout to my God sent helpers on this platform and everywhere. I pray God will locate all those that are still expecting a decision on their application. It has finally ended in Praise. What God cannot do, Does not Exist. Thank you Lord onyintel: 18 Likes |

Really… that’s the link I used for myself and I also used it to register for my parent. Maybe you should retry later. And just try and get there around 8/9am, you'll meet few people there by that time. Officialksolo: |

BolaT53: YES.. but i fear it will also look like the property was sold just to fund your education dreams in canada and not necessarily that the funds were available. Who is the main sponsor |

There’s no standard required pof and yea print your bank statement in Nigeria and have a working card. I had like 1k usd on me which I didn’t really use as most payment are via card because of covid. I wasn’t ask for pof but then , it’s better to be prepared to show if asked. Bukoj: 1 Like |
