An 8 year girl was rape in my area and the guy is on the run, these is the fourth case the culprit had be reported an nothing is done because the family is covering for the crime, anybody with idea about NGO's that assist rape victims to seek justice, the incident happened in Jos. |

guru03:They should report the matter to the police and get his parents arrested and detained pending when the culprit is arrested. |
