My Friend that wrote the test today said the thing no funny, that people were busy scoring 2,4,6 and the highest score was 13 and they were told that they will hear from them from now till Thursday.


He also said the exams was not CBT but paper and pencil he only scored six.

Note: that he has already written the exams before and even participate in the Interview before, and was still shortlisted for this exams

I am also told that this exams has nothing to do with our interview that, state quota were not filled that's the reason for this exams, candidate have already been shortlisted from the previous interview, the reason for this is to fille the remaining gaps in state quotas.


I said that my friend was interviewed before and still shortlisted for this current exams he said, it's either the message was sent in error to him or he was not successful at the interview but is given another chance, since he had passed the previous test

I was advised to keep my fingers crossed as successful candidate from my state had already been shortlisted pending medicals

My question now is, talking about the quota approach, what's the ratio adopted, is it 4 or 5 per state? Then, what's the total number of candidates they are taking?

He said that state quota depends on staff strength from each state, that there were petition in the past that recruitment and replacement were one sided and that the agency is dominated by a particular zone/state didn't said "which"

And that's why they are giving special attention to neglected state and zones

He said some state might get 2 while some up to 10 and some zero

They aim of the interview is to get people that will fill state quota so I don't think score will play a role here rather State performances. Note : my opinion

If people from your state failed someone with 6 might be called for the interview e.t.c

So finally the overall GURU was the guy with 13
