I noticed that I'm losing close to 10% of my battery juice from 12am to 5.30am. RN10P. Abeg who else is experiencing this battery drain while phone is idle?

Thats why i like Nokia

You can leave Nokia idle for 24hrs with 4% battery, when you come back you will still be left with 4%

But my Xiaomi Note10s if you leave it idle for 24hrs with 100% battery, if you come back you will be left with 73% battery (with no data turned On)

It is not by brand I used Nokia 5.1 plus in the first few months 100% from 10pm till dawn, I would wake up and meet 100% then after a couple of months usage it was draining more than 5-10% same timeframe. Now I've been using RN8 for the past 16 months same pattern first few months, currently I get 5-10% drop from 10pm to whenever I wake up.
So if it looks like an anomaly it might not necessarily be from the brand itself.

You and I know that the 73% battery you mentioned is a blatant exaggeration. I mean, if you must denigrate anything, it should always be the truth and not just because you want to make a point- based on lies.

The battery percentage is still untouchable when idle

But my Xiaomi Note 10s of 1Month drains when idle..

I expected this... But

Why not try to prove me wrong instead?

I used the Nokia 1, 3.1 Plus and Nokia 5.1 and same can be said of those devices. Fact is you blatantly exaggerated the reduction in battery %.

Question is why?

To make a point based on lies I guess.

It drains, yes. But not to 73% from 100% like you stated above. Admit that first.

You have taken it to a service centre because if you have been following this thread, you will know it is a prevailing issue with that device in particular.

Now you have voided your warranty
No suggested solution for it?

Xiaomi is over hyped

Nah

Because you and I know you lied.

My onus is on that 73% from 100% assertion you made. I know a liar when I see, read, or hear one especially when he/she is trying to make a point.

Although, it's very evident that you won't agree that you lied. It's understandable. Have a nice day.

We are still talking about the lie (100% to 73%) and not on whether Xiaomi is overhyped or not. Which kind goalpost shift be this?

As you mentioned OnePlus, you just turned yourself to a joke. OnePlus that is shrinking Abi which one again?
Motorola too. With their less than 1% share on the market and their overpriced phones.

Even Sony aren't making money in the mobile market.

Huawei have lost a lot of business since US cramp down and have reduced their number of phones made to the barest minimum.

But you want to open your mouth and talk.

Exactly what I have noticed after switching to Xiaomi and it is really making me mad. Apart from Nokia, even the so called shitfinix and scrapno doesn't behave like this. I used to leave my infinix ON overnight and by the morning, the battery percentage will still be where I left it.

But this Redmi, if I leave it idle overnight, before daybreak I would have lost about 3%. Xiaomi needs to work on their phone idle power consumption.

Yes. Open the back cover of the phone, remove the battery connector, put it back, then turn on the phone. You can watch videos on YouTube for guide.
