Please great mother's,I really need your help as I don't know what else to do. I had sex on August 19(My peak ovulation day). I had a heavy period that very month and so I dismissed pregnancy but afterwards I became very sick. I took strip test out of curiosity and it came out negative and therefore went on to treat my illness (Malaria, typhoid and fever). My question today is that after August period till now I have not had another period but have been experiencing breast soreness and heaviness, low back pain. I can't get access to a clinic till I go to the city but I can't stop worrying.

So I am wondering were it came from, please can this be treated all I am seeing is surgery to remove the tube when I search about it I am just so scared, what kind of temptation is this, I had chocolate cyst on my ovary which has always been my diagnosis, which I believed was the reason why i was not getting pregnant.

The cyst was drained out by the Doctor before I started my ivf stimulations, from the below scan I am happy it has not returned but I am now worried about the hydrosalpinx. Sabi mamas in the house please how do i solve this issue. This journey is so stressful.

About the hydrosalpinx,I think it can only be detected through Transvaginal scan or HSG .From what I read,I am not sure it can be detected through abdominal scan.i feel you should get a second opinion before you get yourself unnecessarily worried.
I am also sorry about your failed cycle,God will answer you before the year runs out.
Just relax your mind,take pre natal vitamins and be fervent in prayers.

Are you sure your tubes are open?
Has your hubby done SFA?
Are other parameters okay

You would have to consider all the above before you make a decision on what next to do

Some gynaecologists keep pumping people with ovulation drugs and fail to address other important things like if the tubes are open.
Try and do HSG if you haven't before and let your Hubby also do SFA.

Motility-50%

My dear, I m not sure ultrasound can detect hydrosalpinx. It is usually detected by hsg. Pls do have bfor any other thing. Soon u will rejoice by God's grace

Good morning all. I have been ttc for over a year now. I observed I had anovulation issue in March this year. My follicle grows but can't rupture on its own. I meant urologist and he prescribed m2 tone for three months and prolactin hormonal drug for 2 months. My treatment started from May to August. I went back for scan after this medication but the follicle didn't rupture . It usually turns to hemorrhagic cyst and shield off after each cycle.

I took hcg injection on the day 13th last month after undergoing follicle tracking. The follicle ruptured but I still saw my period. I track my cycle this month and I didn't use any injection because I was told the injection last for 3 cycles. I went back for scan on day 19th and discovered the follicle didn't rupture.

I am drained mentally and physically. I don't know what to do anymore. Please is advisable to take hcg injection in my next ovulation cycle wish will be in November.

Note: I don't have issue with growth of follicle. But whenever I visit gynaecology he usually prescribe clomid and this clomid make the follicle to over grown and form a cyst before my supposed ovulation day. My prolactin was 23.56 as at May before I took the prolactin hormonal drug for two months. Other hormones are within the normal range, even the prolactin was not high according to the urologist but his aim was to bring it down to down 18.

From research and experience, letrozole is better than clomid. But always work with your gynaecologist. Also those things u called cysts might just be follicles trying to grow. When you stimulate ovulation,so many follicles grow but one will be the dominant one and later be the one to ovulate.....
My advice

Work with a gynaecologist...u can always get a second opinion from another gynaecologist too.

No,trigger shots doesn't last for 3 months. I think is one shot per month. Verify pls. Be strong dear. You will testify soon
