To the best of my knowledge no. And note that there is no guarantee that you'll be granted the visit visa.

Pls this is not true. Express entry is different from the spousal visa. It’s a long process and can take a year or more but if granted, the spouse will get PR. The person filling must be a PR or Canadian citizen though.

Wow... Honourable Cochtrane! I still remember you from the Express entry threads. You were so good with data analytics and I remember also the free IELTS General webinars you held for us then. The memories are so fresh. EE no gree work as cut off point kept skyrocketing and the pandemic come scatter the remaining leg, na so I port enter study route oo...God don finally bless the efforts.

@ Ednut I know visitor visa is hard to get but if he can do it for her based on relationship and documents to back it up . Then she can change it to work visa when she gets there . She can only enjoy d changes while it last before IRCC changes it again

from what you wrote it seems she wants to immigrate with visit visa and not come back which ircc has rightly detected. Let the siblings help her arrange work permit if possible or she works on her qualifications for ee.
