wirinet:

You don't see any reason why MMotimo should bring up the issue of temblor1 supporting indiscriminate fúcking of cousins but you support temblor1 asking about the virginity of a 13 year old rape victim

In the same northern Nigeria old men are allowed to get married to 13 year old girls. Try that in the US and you will be convicted for rape.

In the same north, if you are found fùcking a girl/woman without marrying her, you will be lynched.

The character of you guys purporting to support Mr Bah is suspect. The only people in fact helping him are 1stgenamerican and Georgechidi apart from chatinent, others are just tell bent on justifying their wayward tendencies while making thing more difficult for Mr Bah. They are preparing him from what he will face in order to convince anyone to look at his case.
And if his appeal comes through, what he will face from the DA, prosecutors and the press will be 100 times worse. If he cannot convince doubters here of his innocence, I doubt he will the able to convince anyone in the U.S.

By their fruits you shall know them but to the illogical, nothing makes sense.

I have followed this thread closely for some days and i will like the OP to clarify something.
From the evidence you posted, i saw VAGINAL swab and FACE swab.
If the above is true, do you mind sharing the DNA findings of the face swab as that part was cut off from the evidences shared.
Thanks.

Lol.....Am great bro.....make God just help us.....I do not know why my mind still tells me this guy is innocent of this rape crime..... but one thing is that something is wrong somewhere, MAYBE in the kind of business he does or his lifestyle. I wish we can see God facially to tell us everything that happened.

While i await your reply, i also noticed that from one of the evidences you dropped here, the victim narrated that the male who raped her also kissed her. This shows that there was facial contact between the victim and the rapist.

So what was the DNA result from the face swab?

I'm not a legal person by the way. Given the gravity of the offence and the length of the sentence. I think its best you come clean and say what really happened. Present not just some parts of the document but sufficient information that will convince a layman of the innocence you claim.
Finally, where is your family in all of this? I ask because i know how we hold our own dearly in this part of the world. Even when all fails, your immediate family in most cases will be there. I may be wrong but I feel they should be at the forefront of getting justice for you since you insist on being innocent.
I await your response.

Only he, the victim, and God truly knows.

The jury was just like us here who acted on the evidence presented before them.

If he's innocent and got convicted due to a mistrial, I honestly pray heaven intervenes on his behalf.

However, I still stand by the fact that nothing in life happens by accident....causes and effects.

Life is deeper than we all can ever imagine it.

It is a very very sad and terrible situation for all involved, particularly the victim in this case.

What if she were my daughter?.....

Yea.... You are very right bro.... He may not be paying for the rape case,,, MAYBE something else he got involved in, which brings in the law of causes and effects... i am very confused is an understatement.

You can clearly see from the second picture in your post that the DNA recovered from the victim is approximately one octillion times more probable to come from Mr Bah than from a random person. That is 1 x 1027 match. Go figure.

Dude I believe you are a man. Why all these back and forth? Can't you just forget and move on? Now everyone thinks you are just derailing the thread with your threats, accusations and what not. If you've been on nairaland for long you would know that you are entirely responsible for anything you post and anyone can go dig up your posts from the past as long as it remains on nairaland. The guy is asking for the full reports not just snippets of it.

Even the police office that watched the 2nd video is just a snippet of this testimony that was uploaded not the full testimony.

That's why I have asked chatinent to mail me the full documents he has

I doubt if Oga Chatin.ent has the full document. Mr Bah was being dodgy by releasing only snippets that he thinks favors him but even from those snippets, one can easily deduce some facts of the matter and appreciate the thoroughness of the prosecution in stringing together an incontrovertible evidence that led to his conviction.

No you are wrong.

"Jumping to conclusions" means blindly believing the accounts of one person and determining his innocence without hearing from the victim and other parties in the case or having access to amd reviewing all the evidence used to determine the case.

Like I said and stand by we need more intelligent people here.

Comprehension is keen my dear.

Never made reference to anyone's level of intelligence.

And there's no accused person here as we are way past the point.

The matter has been tried and decided in a law of court so I don't understand who is accused and who is the accuser.
