Growing up, I used hydraulic/ brake oil steady for skin infections like this steady and it worked like magic. No side effects to my skin. I have fresh skin afterwards. I am so glad for their reminder because I totally forgot about this since I have not had skin infections like this again. If I ever develop this, u will use this oil.

Mix hydraulic and Nixedom and rob on the affected areas after scrubbing it hard with sponge.

Use funbactA after scrubbing the parts with bathing sponge. Also, discontinue the soap and cream you are using presently. Go for dettol soap and less of moisturising creams.

Long term effects? I am just laughing. I used this oil over 20 years ago steadily. Since then, I have not used it. I don't use it now because I have not had such skin conditions again. My face is very fresh now

Wow. Not so bro. I am over 40 years. I used this oil taya in those days. I cannot even remember the last time i used it again. Maybe immediately after secondary school or so but nothing like long term effects.

First of all, sorry about it.

Secondly, get a petroleum jelly (detol antibacterial skin jelly) put it in a container and put the container in the hot sun or hot water for it to melt.
Add a car hydraulic and mix it, all it to cool down and use it anytime you wet your skin, don't ever leave your skin dry.

Thirdly, drink plenty water daily.

Fourthly, see a doctor because it might be early sign of 1 kidney failure, if it is, cure it before it affects the other kidney, I'm not trying to scare you but u shouldn't ignore it.
