From experienced,
A policeman who released his cult member involved in rape case by unlock cell for me to ran away was arrested detained after few days released.

Nothing had been heard about the case since then.

What shocked me in the video was when they said one of the police officers took off uniform and followed their victim to bank to withdraw from ATM. Like WTF is going on this country?
