Please I need some insight on British Citizenship.

Can a child born in the UK while his/her parents have Tier2 visa (before receiving ILR), claim/become a UK citizen after the parents have stayed for five years and received the ILR?

For instance, the parents had just spent one year in the UK after coming in with a three-year Teir 2 visa and gave birth in the second year of the visa. Can they apply and get citizenship for the child after five years of stay and receiving the ILR?

Not correct. You can apply for it as soon as you have residency.

If what you mean by residency is having a brp, then I have my brp. But the image below is saying otherwise

Usually I’d advice people not to buy a car straight away but your case is very different as you’ve got family commitments. Your premium is high am suspecting as a result of your[b] international drivers license[/b].
You just have to pick one of the insurance companies you’ve found because all of them would be of similar price. But try avoid that blackbox if you can because your Naija driving style different from UK.

The ‘unwritten’ expectation for those fruit pickers is that they would come from Europe , especially Eastern Europe.

I really doubt if the UK Govt has Africa (esp Nigeria) in mind for those fruit picker and HGV drivers visas…
But, what do I know?

must I get a provisional license before I can take lessons with an instructor? ?
I'm still within my 1year of being allowed to use the intl license. but I need to switch asap as I start work in Jan and it is a requirement (they have given me some laxity here, I def need the license and we both agreed I need to start working towards a UK license).

I was thinking of taking lessons with instructors while still having my intl as I understand that once I get a provisional, the intl becomes void. Is this legal?

I may have to just get as many informal lessons as I can so that I can take the tests soon after getting a provisional..

You also need to have passed your theory test before you can book your practical test and you need your provisional license to book the tests.
