The amount of negligence and malpractice that happen in our hospitals are scary.
They probably didn’t do their time out, checks and counts after the surgery or they did and couldn’t find it…then ignored the loss.

A simple check with a portable X-ray machine or C arm would’ve shown the scissors lying dangerously in the pelvis.

Our hospitals can afford these machines but bad management, corruption and incompetency are the problem.
