If this report is true, I am not sure Bokoharam killed that number only in Nigeria. Remember they operated in four countries though. Killing 360 thousand people would mean that they at least once or twice killed more than 1000 people in a day. I can't remember hearing such and so I doubt this report. If you had said they killed 100,000 in total that would be more believable.

Will picture or video give me such figure? How can I know electricity access ratio, water access ratio, etc. Will picture give me those aforementioned.

South Africa doesnt even have 18 million meters. Ghana total household is 8.3m - total structures 9.5m. ECG customers are about 3M. Total if we include Northern one is less than 4m.
