Ladies should beware and watch before accepting any proposal from men to avoid regret. There are a lot of irresponsible guys without conscience out there.

Irresponsible - wannabe-woke - people cut across both genders, so don't make it a male issue. In fact, don't blame men who insist on having the non-virgin women in their lives proving the potency of their fertility by getting pregnant before formalizing their relationship - however unpalatable it seems - citing the kind of life most women live.

One is in my house as a guest presently; her fiance, who happens to be the godson of one of my trusted associates, pleaded that I host her in my house and allow her to stay in my guest room because she told them that she's here on an official assignment on behalf of the Nigeria branch of her employer. Her fiance even made me understand beforehand that she's a scrupulous woman, which fortunately or unfortunately she appears to be like in her persona and demeanor, but the reality from what I have observed and seen as her character is that of a typical high-end corporate LovePeddler who is here not just only running high-end hookups, but also fighting a man she's unconsciously told me made her abort severally for him when she was younger. All this is happening without the knowledge of her fiance, who's back home believing that he has the best kind of woman as a fiancee, citing how he boasted to me about her scrupulousness.

Two months ago, I met a guy through a friend of mine who was looking for a wife. The guy insisted that I must take in before he goes to see my parents.

He doesn't want to marry a woman who cannot bear him children. The reason why some guys take that route is because some ladies have lived a rough and carefree life and later became church girls, but the womb may have been damaged already.

I personally don't subscribe to pregnancy before marriage because of my religious beliefs.

That's not the issue. The issue is that, did he marry the lady? If yes, then, the lady didn't messed up her life. Infact, she is even lucky. Note: some men are scared of delay in child bearing or barreness. My uncle once fell for this trap. The wife he married is yet to bear him a child. Although, the wife manoever him with fake pregancy, so that my uncle would marry her. It was after their marriage that my uncle discovered that she had dated/married several men, because she couldn't bear them children, they broke up with her. Nai my simp uncle go marry so. Now, she is yet to bear him a child.

I would have been in a situation if I had given in. The guy is married afterall. I created this thread to share my experience so that people will learn from it.

the mere fact that you would even consider marriage to a man you only knew for 2 months says a lot about your desperate state of mind... sadly, many men know that Nigerian women look at marriage as a do or die mission and thats why they will promise it to you in order to do what the fukc they want with you.

There is a better way to deter if she's fertile before marriage. They can both go for genetic counselling together and have themselves tested.
