Ok. Try brushing at least twice daily. Brush your tongue properly. Also, make use of dental floss so as to remove food particles in between your teeth. Avoid taking so much of ginger and garlic. You can get mouth spray. It's very small and can fit into your pocket. It goes for about 600 naira. You can also make use of Listerine/colgate mouthwash Lastly, get a pack of gum. There are some gums that go for 400 naira. Get those. Before going to bed, chew one or two. Leave it in your mouth through out the night till dawn. When you wake up, spit out the gum and you'll notice that you won't have that bad morning breath everyone gets to have. I've been doing this for years and it's been effective |

You should check for a hole in your teeth.....and scrub the very end of your tongue too... Mind you if it doesn't pain to extent of throwing up u didn't do a good job do this for a week straight and you'll see changes  One luv Op  3 Likes |

SimplyFacts: Thanks a lot for this! Majority of folks with mouth odor don't know how to properly brush their mouths. They brush their teeth instead of brushing their entire mouth especially the TONGUE! Scrub it very well and let's see how you go take get mouth odor.  5 Likes |

Mary08134:I have read several suggestions and pieces of advice here. I'm not saying you shouldn't try them but I doubt if they'd work. There are 2 main issues causing mouth odour. Mouth odour doesn't come from the mouth as many have wrongly posted. It originates from your stomach. Do you have any respiratory issues like asthma? Do you have ulcer, peptic or any form of ulcer? The above are the main causes of mouth odour. See your doctor, tackle the causes and you'd be fine. Asthma can be managed. Odour will stop if well managed, ulcer too 3 Likes 1 Share |

If you have MOUTH ODOUR, the problem is from your GUT. If u like brush mouth from now till forever. If u don't tackle it from the inside of your organ, you are just wasting your precious time. Don't you know there are people who don't even brush mouth yet there mouth don't even smell. But some people mouth smell nomatter how they brush. It just SMELLS!!! I have a remedy for you.
