If it's your first application, you don't have a UCI, so leave that space blank. As for the number of files, you can only upload one.

You will be fine. POF is funds that can be readily available, they have seen that 25% clause over and over again and know it is real. As long as there are other funds you have presented that can take care of the person before the 4 months to get this one from pension, hence it should not pose any issues at all.

@Fleshofmankind1, when you tracked your parcel through the Ups tracking code; did it shows that it has been delivered? If yes, VFS will surely reciprocate the recipient of your parcel via an email but if not yet deliver keep tracing your parcel through UPs.

It’s not being sent to nairobi. Vfs is a general office not for only canada. They only sent you that mail that your parcel is being sent to the ircc section of vfs.

The issue is I haven’t gotten the mail.

She applied for Visa since May, till date nothing. we have written them but they said its slow because of covid. Did you use any agent?
Cos Canada no dey collect anybody passport till it’s time to stamp it (atleast since they stopped paper application).

Please I’m in the process of making payment for my GIC and I went to Zenith bank with the downloaded instructions. But the teller is asking me to confirm which one is my account name, account number and Swift code of the Canadian bank I’m sending the money to.

Please can anyone who has done the GIC process confirm which details they used in making payment at their Nigerian ??

I’m really confused because I thought the bank was supposed to know what to do?!

That’s impossible,left it there with who for what?they don’t keep peoples passport and the embassy didn’t request for it.Go and ask questions oh,before they dash you 5yrs ban.
When was this application submitted and biometric done?

Since COVID. Physical applications have been suspended. One can only apply online. It uncanny how she left her passport after going for biometrics except she applied pre-covid-19 period. If not there's something wrong maybe there's been a mistake. Or she forget it the day she went for her biometrics. If she submitted online and she was approved. She will be requested to submit her passport for stamping and even then she can't submit it in person she have to make us of the courier services. So it's up to the family to determine what really happened to her passport and how it got missing.

He said family member sponsoring me might Lower my chances of getting a Visa. He said it is better i have the money in my Bank Account or that of my parents.Please how true is this? I have submitted my application for a study permit and uploaded all necessary documents. I applied via the NSE route and I was told that applications via this route are done in 20 working days. I submitted my application on the 12th of october including my IELTS result with a minimum of band 6.5 accross each section.

I did my biometrics on 14th october 2021 and it has been updated on my profile. However, the upfront medical was done on the 11th october and uploaded in my profile on the 25th of october.

my resumption date is january.

Is the NSE route really valid?

What is the way forward?

Yes he's right I for say transfer the money as gift deed but a gift deed from a stranger is also questionable. So you have to justify the amount sent to you with proper documentation.

I don’t think they follow the NSE route again. But from the trends we’ve seen recently. New Applications are being processed faster. So you may have luck and get your visa before January but it’s a 50/50 gamble. Your choice though
