If u can see the total balance with the amount t missing before that means the hold has been release. Comfirm from them what exactly is happening. If u requested fir a home earlier it means the hold has been lifted

You can hold or place pnd on your acct as u like. It doesnt mean u are fraudulent or whatsoever.it means you dont want to spend it which is exactly what UK wants. All individuals who have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or PhD are eligible to apply.
Students will need to be in the UK and hold a valid Student (or Tier 4) visa to apply.
This visa is not extendable: students will only be eligible to apply for this route once in their lifetime

Thata why I advise u to lift hold before printing even though it has no effect. Either hold or no hold the money is in your acct for 28 days which the ukvi requested. Cheers
