@remi444, you beat me to this. I was about to post a link to @peacefull diary on this thread for people to see what I just discovered.

I couldn't help but notice the striking resemblance when I first saw the pictures... and I shouted "hmmmmm". I didn't wait to see the name of the offender, I knew outrightly it was him.

I've followed this thread from inception and I had a feeling that he was set-up, but with this latest info I'm blown away.

Why? Why?? Why Why did he have to make us waste our time? shocked
I'm sorry that I posted before you did. Lol. I have the custom of going to check the diary section morning that's how I accidentally bumped into the information.

To be honest my initial thought was that Rah was unjustly sent to prison when he was spinning lies here at first until 1stGenAmerican started to counter his lies.
For instance he mention that he spent over 100k$ for his attorney whilst records showed that he was given a lawyer by the state.
He should bury his face in shame and beg God for forgiveness.

Oh my!
So deep down in your heart you know you really committed the offence, then you still have the guts to come here and create a thread to deceive and lie to hundreds of people.
That's another offense if you ask me undecided undecided
What were you thinking? That all of us mumu will match to the street the next day to beg the president to help you undecided without making our own findings ?

Hardened criminal nie.. you will never change. this explains why you had to change your name cos I was wondering.. it's because you wanted to cover and erase all your other crimes.
As harsh as the judgment is, its God's way of paying you back for all the people you have raped both home and abroad and for your other attrocities that we don't know.. that's why he hardened your heart during the trial.

Mr Rah is an internationally recognised sexual offender. This man is a sociopath and a liar I guess that's why his family didn't bother to get involved in his case.
I read where he stated that he hasn't had any fallout with the law travelling around 15 countries. Mr Rah, sorry, you slipped from Tokyo but sorry you won't be slipping away from Amerika's grip.
The link below contains the news of his arrest and the crime he committed.

I'm not surprised that some folks can be easily fooled by an unrepentant rapist and a conman. This should be a lesson to most Nigerians. They should try to always get all sides of the story.

The dude abandoned Yabatech for advance fee fraud. He traveled to Japan and he thought he could continue to soil Nigeria's name.

The dude still has a shot to beg God for mercies and forgiveness. I wonder why he doesn't want to. God is still very merciful. And this should serve as a lesson to criminals in 9ja. They believe the impunity in 9ja is the same in sane countries.

We will all reap whatever we sow.

He's gotten so used to it that he decided to export the talent. I'd like to see how his supporters and prayer warriors spin this one. Or him too, since he's still online.

Also how can I contact the Georgia prisons to tell them he's got a phone, anyone? He needs to be in solitary confinement staring at walls and reflecting on his very bad behaviour.

Lol cheesy grin cheesy

The 2 life sentences should suffice for now. Even if he dies he will continue the sentencing in hell or whereever he ends up cheesy

Hello,

This is sequel to this trend: https://www.nairaland.com/6789928/mistaken-identification

So we reached out and met with the defendant ( @Powerhouse5050) who is currently in prison for a crime, as the evidence says, he didn't commit.

I urge everyone here to please look up the evidences as I will be attaching them.

We invite well meaning Nigerians to please support this case. The evidence speaks volumes. Without your help, he would be spending the rest of his life in prison for a case of mistaken identity. Thank you.

I invite @Powerhouse5050 to come and explain whatever you wish to know.

cc: Seun, mynd44 lalasticlala Presidency

Update: Meanwhile, I will give you a first-hand experience account.

Let me explain sth to you.

He was in jail when those lawyers were suggested to him. I mean his lawyers. He wanted a fair trial..and he couldn't go out. He had to work with them. The first three were same White people from Georgia.

After the long run, he wasn't satisfied with their processes...since he was limited. Remember, he is still in jail footing all the bills..some very exorbitant...and it seemed they were only interested in extorting him ( my words ).

He sacked them and was standing for himself alone. When the judgement was passed, he was standing alone. He couldn't interrupt when the judge was saying all the things to the jury. He was standing alone. [s]The jury never heard his DNA expert results because he would have been acquitted then. Yes, he would. The judge never gave a room for that tho.[/s]

The judge got flared up of his incessant legal fightback and translated it to being not remorseful, hence the gory and long sentences!. Who is remorseful about what they didn't do?

[s]The whole world knows Georgia to be a very tight place for Blacks. Those dudes discriminate a lot.
[/s]

Also it is ideal to note that it was the Police who provided every thing used to label him a criminal. The same police who stopped him and questioned him of his SUV ..which they later didn't talk about again but brought in the rape case. Initially, they questioned him about the SUV..then diverted to the rape case. He didn't want to respond to them because he wanted his lawyer to speak for him since he didn't know what they were up to. They resorted to saying they shall put the whole charges on him (his words).

Think: who rapes sb in the park of all places when he has a lodge he was staying close there with a room?

What he was wearing was different from what the footage showed. Can sb be at two places the same time? They arrested him cos he was closest to the scene.

Why is the police refusing to accept the DNA expert's results...a professional with over 43 years of experience? Is the police hiding sth?

His DNA with that of the results for the vaginal and the cum didn't match! His contained 20, that was 10...and 10 was the rapist! But the police rather termed it inconclusive...and you and I know what being inconclusive meant! Why were they standing on the fence? Science is rather yes or no.

Then this brings another question. What or who is being protected here? Why is this partial? Because he is black? Why is the judge so enveloped with bitterness to serve him such sentence? That meant if humans lived 1000 years, she was ready to give him it to restrict him for life!

This case is since 2017! Do you know what it feels to be behind bars since then...and most painful when you are innocent?

This could happen to anyone.

So the information about him committing sex crimes in Japan has finally been discovered. While he changed his name, he forgot that he couldn’t change his fingerprints. Looks like some are performing due diligence and some are shining their eyes to the truth.

I knew that many of his supporters were lying about having the transcript because if they would have had them they would’ve known that this history was discovered and presented during his trial.

He was comfortable raping this child because he thought that the US would arrest him then deport him allowing him to get away like Japan did.

he deserves to rot in jail. I was just wondering the difference between 1 life sentence and 3 life sentences given to him. He must have really disgusted the judge.

And besides I wrote that befofe i learned of his japan escapades. I thought asians were strict enough to chop of his disease manually.

I just went through the whole thread just now, I was initially following the other one Mr. powerhouse created that hit front page, I didn't even know it's has gotten to this extent.

First of some people that are saying others should desist from name calling of 1stGenAmerican, I'm sorry I'm here to do the opposite that woman is DESPICABLE, I read through each and every of her comments and she decided to play JUDGE on this man's case.
1stGenAmerican you even said you were trying to help, LMAO, God get patience oo, you were not ready to help, you were ready to condemn and make sure nobody gives him the benefit of the doubt, that was your sole aim, if you were God you would have given this man a worse punishment due to the way you were speaking, you sounded so sure he was guilty of the crime, there was no objective reasoning in all of your statement. I'm still trying to fathom how you can harbour all those bitter statement. Chai on a fellow human being when he's not a goat/cow. The man kept on tackling you and you continued on a JD stand and assumed nairalanders are illiterates that can't understand law contexts,[s] I can't speak for everyone but I can speak for myself, I understood everything he posted here, even though I still have some questions, I'd rather not see it from your distasteful point of view.

Thanks for your input.

Please, when free, try revisit the case again using these facts:

1. As opposed to what you said, there was actually no in-court identification. Yes, it was falsified!

2. The jury never heard the DNA weren't his...he was standing for himself then (story for another day). The judge prevented his DNA expert from testifying!

3. He was deemed guilty even before the court said so.

The sushi chicken has come home to roost.
Oyinbogoju aka Adedoja Orani. No wonder I couldn’t find anything about his previous criminal history despite searching online several times. The Japanese report did not name this alias, making it easier for him to hide his history. I just knew that his US crime was too brazen for a first timer. I have no doubt he’s a serial rapist, he’s just been lucky all this time. That innocent child in Georgia, though traumatized, was able to take a particularly monstrous rapist off the streets. May God continue to take care of her, all the days of her life.

He had the guts to say Interpol had nothing on him, after all he was speaking to people who swallow any thing a “rich man” says smh! Classic Naija ne’er do well tortoise brain. After his DNA gave him away in Japan, you’d think he’d have the good sense to desist but maybe his co-travellers on Nairaland told him “ they can’t get your DNA if you don’t ejaculate into the victim” or some other nonsense!

Chatinent is a hustler, I’m sure he couldn’t care less whether Adedoja is guilty or innocent. 6 imaginary SUVs and 150k decorated with $$$$ signs was enough. He probably thought of this as “another hustle “ for some quick money and maybe hit the gold mine after they recruited the general public to donate money to campaign for this criminal. Probably figured if it didn’t get to that stage, at least he would have made some quick cash early on from the rapist and his cheerleaders before the “project “ collapsed.

Hopefully he got his mobilization fee before their water foundation house of cards crashed irredeemably. It would be the height of stupidity to be the associate/mouthpiece/agent/ advocate of an international rapist with nothing to show for it. That said, Oyinbogoju could have conned him to work for free. Who is the con and who is the conned now lipsrsealed

Message to young people “all way no be way.” The superstitious would tell you that innocent victim’s head is “very strong.” There are some people you treat badly and the punishment go be like juju, flowing from the actual perpetrator to encompass all who aid him to whitewash his crime.

Some old school people like me still subscribe to “show me your friend and I’ll tell you who you are.” Mind whom you join your name with, the internet never forgets.

I have said that the only reason why Yahoo Yahoo had to be exported abroad is because the government has impoverished Nigerians so much that they don’t have money to give fraudsters, not because there aren’t enough gullible Nigerians in the motherland. Nigerians are some of the most gullible people on this planet and if the average person was very financially comfortable, fraudsters would do brisk business right there in Nigeria without hounding foreigners . People hear 6 SUVs, $150k and their brain cells shut down. Very embarrassing! It has become taboo to ask for the source of any one’s money, even a convicted rapist’s.
