Yes. It is valid because you actually perform ablution at the beginning (except washing of the legs that are deferred to the end. However, there's another type of ghusl where just pours and rubs water over and then rinsig the mouth and nose, I'm not sure of whether the ablution is valid for that type

When u perform ur ghuslu u should perform d real ablution after it because u might have touched some places on ur body dats nullify d real ablution when performing ghuslu alahu alam...
