Okay, great!!!

Max. Respect bro.

Update...

Coming from Stadium, Surulere towards Mile2

Just immediately after orile junction in the service lane is a big dish... The entire lane is cut even trailers are finding it difficult to go through. Thank God for my street wiseness I managed to escape it today with the help of area boys.

Unless if you're going to Iba, Alakijah, or farther that is when I will advise you use that route but you you're going to festac or ago Palace road that means u have drive down to Alakijah then use 3rd gate to gain access otherwise just jejely use the Ijesha route.

In all my travels in life it only one road at Ariaria market in Aba I can compare that road with that was way back 2008/09. ..

Trailers are felling off at this Orile junction... Guys be warn!

If the bad spot is between orile Iganmu and Mile 2 and one is going to Mile 2 or Festac axis I don't see any reason why u will still advise anybody to pass that road. Oshodi route is my one and only option. Infact, that road does not exist in my head. Anything that will make me pass Mile 2 to Orile, I avoid it like a plague. Same goes for anything that will make me pass Mile 2 to Berger to Trinity to Apapa

Heyyyy:
Hello guys,
I need your advice and suggestions.
I reside in Edo state and I have a Toyota Camry 2008.
Things are not really going fine for me financially now so I came up with a suggestion to start using my car for Uber or bolt within Lagos to take care of some needs and offset some loans. The few people I know in Lagos have families, I can't live with them.
I will like to ask you guys like how much can I be making on the average daily if possible I can get a cheap guest house to be sleeping. Also as someone who is not so used to Lagos road can I cope?
Is camry economical for such business or only corrola?
Suggestions, advice is highly needed, thanks

Ur car can do d job.
U own your car so u will make money after fuel and commission.
Google map and some of your Riders will help you with road directions.
But guest house will suck all ur profits. Best bet is look for someone that can accommodate u, or u look for a below 100k a yr house. Accommodation is vital.

Yes I understand that, like how much can I make daily, aside fuel and other expenses

Depends on how hard u work. 5k to 15k
Your earning is dependent on your work

You waste several hours and paid parking fee for island trip, after commission and other expenses how much will now be your gain?
Back then when airport was always on 2.0x when planes landed, it was worth it, I don't know about now.
One long trip can give you 8k, set destination back to ikeja and position again. At least 20k gross daily with ease

Yes my major problem now is accommodation, this is just for the temporary, for like maximum 3 months.

However I'm thinking if I can have cheap guest house like 3k, then after all I will still be in good profit, is that possible?

Ah baba mi it does o.
All trips must be accepted, if not rating will drop.
Pearl1910:

Number 2 is d worse kind of cancelling. If at all acceptance and cancellation affects Rating. That number 2 will reverse every gains u make. With 1,3, and 4
But alas I have told u guys cancellation has nothing to do with your Rating. Anything u experience with your Rating while cancelling plenty trips is just a coincidence.

Why will u consider buying a 2002 car?
Abi u go upgrade the year while registering it?
Cos Bolt does not accept cars earlier than 2003.

Any card trip that's more than 10k automatically enter or be placed under review.
Next time tell to end and request again or better still run am offline.
It's because of drivers that are scamming bolt, they want to make sure that they get the money before they credit the driver

Look, paying even 2k daily for 3months is alot of money for you as a newbie. U may make just 5k some days so It's not advisable. So at the end of the day money u would have used to offset loans and expenses back home will be used to pay for guesthouse.
But yes, there are 3k a night places in lag. if u can put up in such places.
U can also find other guys that u can cohabit and share d rent. That will be more economical than guesthouse

3k *30days = 90,000
90,000 *12 months = 1,080,000.

Omo, na to save money build self-con apartment like university days o. Like 20 rooms guest apartment.

Let me add again... 20 rooms * 1,080,000 =21,600,00.

Chai!!

Also, if he had worked in his fuel pump, let him check that the cover was tightened well. The rubber in the cover of the fuel pump assembly could also be weak. Either he changes the rubber or he gets a used tyre tube, tell his mech to cut out same size of rubber and double tight am.

Some riders will not make heaven.

A girl ordered me at Marriott, Ikeja. Anyone that has been to Marriott will know that there's no parking nor stopping there as far as you came for pick up. You will continue to drive round the tunnel until the person you came to pick comes out.

I called this girl immediately I got to the place and she told me that she was coming out. I kept driving round the tunnel for 10 minutes in paid waiting only for this bxtch to come out and cancel the ride without calling me.

It was when I wanted to drive out that I saw a girl with her luggage standing outside. I asked her if she is Anita and she said yes. In case you carried one Anita at Marriott yesterday, SHE IS THE BXTCH.

Actually, I saw her when she was coming out of Marriott but I didn't know she was the person I was waiting for as many people have been coming out of the place. I asked her why she canceled without calling me that she's out after keeping me waiting all along. She was trying to explain but I didn't even bother to listen to whatever nonsense she wanted to say. She was like "why are you shouting", I just drove off. That annoyance is enough to give her a slight knock on the head for being insensitive and heartless.

Less than 100 meters, her request came in again, I accepted it and canceled immediately.

I think it's high time Bolt do something about these riders that will book a ride without answering their calls, and those that will cancel after they've accumulated paid waiting.

It depends on your hard work and the amount of request you get. Check the bar charts below. The first net is 17k. Remove fuel of 5k. Profit is 12k.
The second net is 22k. Remove fuel of 5k. Profit is 17k. Some people make more. It depends on how you work. I start 7/8am and close 7pm. I rest in the afternoon (say about 2 hours for meal)

Not possible, you want to make profit after paying for hotel daily. No now....
Even the guys that make money don't stay in their homes for 7 hours cumulative.

Cancel cheap guest house. The cheaper the accommodation, the more criminal elements you will battle with. Just imagine where a 3k guest house will be domiciled in Lagos.

Go and ask those whose cars ( mirrors, brain box, electronic controls)
have been harvested before. I can bet you. It's always rampant in the so called 'cheap areas'

If you r adamant on Lagos, Look for someone that can give you a bed space, 1k daily (, though you will share facilities n it's with college students mostly) around Unilag, Abule oja side.

The sun no be here, I am just coming out only to be waiting for a rider now. I hate waiting for rider especially when the weather is hot like this, because I will leave my car running.
I don't know why Nigerians can't just request when they are ready.

Pele crying baby..... Complain about this and that.. What about those the hawk goods in the hot traffic for hours. Nowhere for them to sit or take small break.

Their a/c is sitting down under the shed for few minutes to eat and drink. Than back to the hot traffic these guys to do this 5 to 7 days in that hot sun .

And meanwhile u are sitting down in a/c car waiting for a rider and you complaining. Those hawkers will love to change position with u now .. Be grateful for what u have .it could be much worse
