The issue is that you are not really ready and interested in settling down

What are you doing with three matured women in your life at this stage

Anyway your investment shouldn't stop you from getting married that's if you are interested in marriage now

If you insist on waiting till 40yrs of age, then you will still be paying school fees at retirement age
