DitariDisciple2: I said it, my hypothesis was true. So you expect an Igbo lady like me to be quiet when you want to try to belittle my Opobo brothers and sisters and call them slaves. Have you heard of Aba women riot. I have their blood, go and ask. You men belittle a lot of ladies on Nairaland. If they speak, you try to mock them, no wonder a few ladies are vocal here. But I'm here to stop that rubbish. 2 Likes |

The ibani language got lost somewhere but some of us do speak the ibani language and can communicate with our kalabari brothers, Okrika people n southern Ijaw people very well. 1 Like |

DitariDisciple2: Nengi?? Ewooooo!!! Nengi is small things when you see better Igbo women. For instance, Maria Chike in BBn, even Nnengi is afraid, she knows that Maria finishes her post. And Maria is just an average beauty. So stop wilding. And people liked Nengi, becuase she had a soft personality like me, it's not about shape. If your behaviour is good, you'll be attractive too. 2 Likes |

Don't worry bro d new Ijaw Central dialect which will be inclusive of all Ijaw clans under IYC, INC, and LINO and which is being arranged in preparation for Ijaw Republic. Will end all Ibo speaking there. Only native dialects will be collected |

DitariDisciple2:I told you, you speak like a kindergarten child. People liked Nengi becuase of her personality. She was soft spoken, and everyone likes people who are soft and humble. That's why OZo liked her, with that nothing else. Maria, even though people called her a witch and wicked, see the followers who flock her page, telling her how beautiful she is. Even stars that haven't replied on peoples DM before can't help but praise Maria's beauty. If OZo had the opportunity, he'll port quickly. But the thing is the way they see BBN as school, so they are seniors to Maria. That's why. To add, general Pere wants to die on Maria Chike's Matter. He must take her to Bayelsa by force by fire. 2 Likes |

DitariDisciple2: Ijaw is Ijaw, what do I care. I don't even study anything about Ijaw and I don't want to. It's only this expansionist agenda that brought it to light. If not that, what's my business. I don't even recognize you. I'll rather study Ibibio and Efik than Ijaw. This is not out of spite. Thank you. 6 Likes |

Okay. So I'm back. Finally, what we have been able to achieve in this thread is to establish that the Igbo presence in Bonny is Aboriginal and not only via slave trade. This is very important, because no one have been able to argue this point convincingly and provide evidence for it before now. The second stage is awareness creation. We have to find a way to put this information out there in the real world and make it a common knowledge! Social media would help on this. And I reckon this should move smoothly. The next stage is to get the academia involved. Our professors in history at our universities in SE should earn their keep. We need them to ruin Alagoa intellectually by publishing books on Bonny and Opobo to correct Alagoa manipulations and force Alagoa into an intellectual debate. It would be interesting to see the old fox grasping at straws like JANK23H have been doing on this thread. Like Eastlink noted, Alagoa cannot be dragged by people like us. We need our big wigs in the Academia to do the job! Gidi gidi bu ugwu Eze. Ekelu Olu eke! Then the most important aspect, we need a political will. And this can only happen when we start putting people who reason beyond women, drinks, parties, stashing of public funds abroad and jetting off to live abroad come the end of their tenure, in positions of power in Igboland. This obviously cannot be achieved with IPOB methods that shies away from taking control of Political power in SE and the enormous finance that this could give to us to finance a Better positioned and reformed Ohanaeze to do it's ground job of cultural unification of all Igbo speaking people. We have to start putting people of substance who reason beyond their clan , village, town and state. People willing to close ranks with counterparts from Igbo speaking regions in SS, SE and NC to achieve a purpose for the benefit of United Igbo nation. Zik was Better in this aspect, that was how we got Osadebey to be the premier of Mid Western region. In my opinion, this is the challenge facing us. But we are already doing alot just by discussing this topic. 7 Likes |
