Sad . People pay so much to be smuggled into the US ... how it will be done... they never know. There is a big difference hauling goods/materials which remain in place ..... and hauling livestock/people that will shift weight on turns and make it easier for rollovers. Guess the driver is not experienced in hauling live weight.
