We commend the governor but more should be done in Lagos State to lift up the Medical Personnel status.Many Doctors migrating abroad discovered that- what they earn as Salary and allowances in in 5-years in Nigeria is what their Foreign Counterparts in South Africa, Britain and USA have in just one Year!
Why do many Doctors migrate abroad for a Greener Pasture- because they don't see future,then why don't you tame the future to retain them in your hospitals by:
-Double their presents emoluments
-Ensure a better Pensions after retiment
-ensure free access during their Annual Leave,like their foreign counterparts.
-if about 500 and more Medical Personnel were lost between 2020 Covid-19 to( UK, Europe and USA,then our approach on Health -Care Delivery should be different- not just Cars! This is Nigerian Health Status,not just a State.
