I once worked in one of those hospitals a decade ago and at that time our MD had his personal car and then got an official car while there was no functioning ambulance in the hospital. Which is why i said i won't be surprised if some of those hospitals don't have a functioning ambulance.

Misplaced priority has never been far from Nigerian governments and it shouldn't be surprising since there are always people willing to laud such misguided actions.
