I need to update the new confirmation code with my appointment which is coming up shortly but my agent said it's a big issue hence he'll need more fund to do that. Please is he correct or is he playing me?

The thing is the probability of looking at your statement is less than 5%, so you have to verbally share that information as strongly as possible at the interview.
Your DS-160 info is key also.

If your interview is more than 72hours, correct your mistake. If you can't retrieve application on the ds160 page, start a new application. If you use the same security question as the first one, some of your information should pop up with the new application then you fill the ones that are missing. When you are done, go to visa portal and update your profile with the new ds160 application number.

Or you pay your agent to do everything I've explained.

So I had my interview today with my wife for visitation. After spending like 20mins questioning us on why we came down to Nigeria from the Uk, what we do in the UK and we answered her she eventually held on to our passport saying she is placing it under administrative review. So she handed the blue paper and said we will get a mail within a week after the review.
Pls what could this mean cos i dnt even understand the VO at all.

You can't contact them. Except you want to contact them that you don't want the Visa again. Both of you have been placed on Administrative Processing and it takes time. If he said a week, then give it a week. Some AP do take as long as 30 days sef. Plus, you are not suppose to schedule flight until you have your visa.

On an AP, yes. That is the norm. Please wait it out. DO NOT CONTACT them regarding your passports. I capitalised that for emphasis. Reschedule your flight to the UK . Congratulations again.

So you rather pay thousands of Pounds for travel expense to naija with all the covid brouhaha than for you to just cancel the interview and reschedule another in UK?

In this case of 2023 as earliest interview date bros everything is now emergency. That’s what agent is using to give early date for 200k. I rather do it myself , I’m one of the presenter there is no harm in trying . Meanwhile not specify on the FAQ
