Hello, Please can I get a comprehensive list of the documents that would be required at the airport. I'm flying next week. Also, is it necessary to have taken the yellow fever vaccine? Thank you. 1 Like |

Pearls001: Sorry for your denial. I believe you were denied based on purpose of visit and family/hometies. Your sop didnt do justice to convince the vo why you are going to canada to study. It didnt explain your reason of choosing your intended course by relating it to your present work experience. The sop is meant to also show the importance of your course and how it is beneficial to you and your country of residence |

If you already have a valid biometrics, you won't need to pay the biometrics fee again Ensure you input your previous UCI number on the immm forms. Once you submit, automatically your previous biometrics number will be updated on your visa portal |

Toopee: Yes to your first question The sponsor can apply for you but all information regarding the application has to be that of the sibling not in the US. If the sibling is in Nigeria, biometrics will be done in Nigeria. 1 Like |

ehiremen2002: Ghost update means your application is currently being reviewed by assessing visa officers. E-mails are not sent for ghost update except if there is an update on your account like i.e medical request, Request for additional document, Original Passport Request etc. Keep hope alive and be hopeful for a positive decision. |

PPR ALERT................. Everybody help me to shout hallelujah to Jesus, the King of kings and the Lord of lords...................... Eledumare, Alpha & Omega, the great mighty king, the God that can never fail... I got a mail early this morning by 4:16am............ and behold it was PPR........... I started Ph.D program fall term remotely. 21 weeks and 3 days of waiting, he finally gave me a new song............ Indeed what God cannot do does not exist my people.. I contacted an MP in October and the response I got was that my application was complex, it needed additional review. God proved himself as the only one that can do it, not by the documents I submitted, but the divine mercy he showed unto me. For everyone waiting, God will give you songs of praise as he did for me... I am awaiting my son's approval, as I trust God for divine perfection. Thank you to everyone on this platform, you are indeed a pleasant people.............. 51 Likes

Hello Pearls In summary, your SOP failed you in your application, it was not convincing enough to show that you will be a genuine student in Canada. Remember Canada does not conduct an interview for applicants unlike some other countries, so it's your SOP that will speak for you to the Visa Officer, and once it is vague, then the Visa officer will refuse such application.. So work on your SOP and also have supporting documents to back up your claims. Being a 5th-time applicant, I will advise you to get professional service as regards your reapplication ...
