It may seem absurd to have that many credit cards but its likely this man has OCD and he's only taking precautions to avoid being disappointed later on. Having 576 credit cards ensures that no matter what happens, at least one of the cards must work. This is no different from having plan A and B but this guy, like many people with obsessive-compulsive disorder, has plans A-Z with backup plans. Like my father used to say, Failing to plan, is planning to fail. They should let him go on his way, he looks innocent to me.

The little forex the country earns from free oil and gas in the South is what they will use those ATMs to withdraw abroad at say 380naira/dollar thru their connections in the CBN.
Use it to buy cheap goods and sell here,repeat the process again.

When you get to your destination, load card via transfer...case closed.

This aren’t the usual naira debit cards but they’re PREPAID cards which is not linked to any bank Account but has money on it... it works same way as America Credit card system.

We have two types —
1. Local prepaid card.
2. International prepaid card.
