Is that white sofa there fabric or leather? Is there a way of getting original pure white velvet fabric? Most white materials are in leather or artificial rubber. I need pure white velvet.

Recovered/Used/Second Hand Windshield you bought in Lagos (correct me if l am wrong), cannot be expected to be a tenth of the price of a Brand New Windshield you bought in the UK, where VAT and other Taxes are also factored into the price.
Not to mention the "Buyer-Protection" that the UK seller can offer, in case you have issue with the product. You can request for a refund, even if you just handed over the money (and have not moved an inch) to our Blodders at Ladipo market!

And l dont expect them to have the same value in terms of the specific parameters of a Windshield (scratch, glare resistance, strength, etc).

But l agree, you can get a bargain of used products in Nigeria, instead of wasting money on importing a new one, where there is not really a critical need for a new replacement.

yes, be more concerned about the finishing that the stage it is now, once it reaches the finishing stage it will be achievable. The moulding on the beam and pillar footing is not something you will see now, perhaps you wanted to cast that pillar with concrete and spend more.

The professional you need is an architect who can interpret what you have in your building plan (if you have one).

The bricklayer is not completely wrong. You can use block to achieve the same facade but for me I feel the block is too much (too bogus) for the build size.

Structurally, this is strange. I don't think this bricklayer of yours knows how to read Architectural plan(because no designer will use sandcrete block to replace reinforced concrete). This block-made column will never be able to withstand the concrete fascia(parapet) load, the roof load etc that it would be subjected to.

Please desist from giving your works to quacks.

You think Im joking, look at the car here, buying and fitting N25k pere @ Lagos ladipo/Everything work Anti glear,Rain sensor, Auto light switch, cornering lights,. The only thing that do not work and Im glad it dont it the heating Element on the front which we don't need in obodo 9ja as I dislodged the ones on my other cars.
