Trash have given instance where blacks are given opportunity even better opportunity than their white counterpart so what the hell are you saying ?

So giving some blacks opportunity means all black coaches now have equal opportunities with white coaches.

Na, take it easy. Your point is so off.

I say blacks don't get enough opportunity, you are saying but very minute got opportunities. How is that countering a point?

He has the ability to play long balls yet has zero assists, even goalkeepers play long balls.

It is hard for deep lying playmakers to take assist now. That is basic knowledge.

Nwakali has been called and there is nothing anyone can do about it ,I will support him and wish him the best

But imagine someone saying the guy is creative and a play dictator and a long ball specialist,is that not funny to you ?
Very funny, if at lowly Huesca he can't take charge and stand out he has no business being in the team.

Why always Shehu? He's a senior player. He's needed in the Squad for balance. Is Shehu a bad Player? Has he ever played bad for the Team? At any Tournament?

Why do we want him out of the Squad? Same goes to Musa. Our last WC Appearance, who was our best Player? Why is he termed surplus by most of you Guys?

It is called referencing, not comparison. I am showing you that Guardiola got the Barcelona job without a loaded CV. He got it down to his philosophy and playing pattern.

So I am more interested in philosophy and coaching pattern over CV .

How you read that as comparing Guardiola and Eguavoen is shocking.

You're saying rubbish
Laporta gambled with Guardiola grin grin...it a very big risk I must say, Guardiola had a good spell with Barcelona B, the major feeder team for the Barcelona and he took his chance well then the rest is an history, reference to this with Austin is absolutely trash... Austin has resigned twice from the team due to his poor performances and even sacked by Sunshine stars of akure grin grin due to same poor club performances.

Is it all white coaches that are given chances on platter of gold? It all comes to competence they worked for it and got their chances. Not because they're white or black.

Mbok, it is not a comparison. I think Southgate got his first job with no CV. There was this guy at Swansea, can't remember his name. I think Scott Parker started without a decorated CV.

I am not engrossed with CV. What I am interested in is your philosophy, playing brand and how you can get players to adapt to it.

This is not comparing Guardiola and Eguavoen. Mbok.

The point is simple. The gap in opportunity is very wide. The whites have far better opportunities than black. You know it but want to drag a fact.

Okoye hasn't really produced even a 90 percent display for the SE. He wasn't also called up for a tournament like these ones. Uzoho was called up while in a lower league as well and no one screamed bribery.
Lower league?

I can only remember he had two great appearances in Spanish laliga and was having a good run in Segunda which is better than a 4th tier

Austin have coached the SE previously oo, remember he was an U17 coach at 2003 or so WC. You can't become coach and not have a coaching license.

Before his NFF appointment, he had been appointed as coach of Stad Malien. Come on put some respect to his name. No be everybody dey make noise

Stad malien ko Marlians FC niii
There was no record of him coaching stade malien he only coached black leopard in PSL.
And yes there is no record of him going to a particular coaching academy or having a coaching badge
These shouldn't be a quantum physics merely typing the name of Rohr on Google you see his UEFA A LICENSE grin grin

What his coaching badge ?
We all know the fact aigbogun have a UEFA A level license
Even Rohr but we have nothing to say about Austin
No record and I repeat no record of attending a coaching academy.
I’m sure he has, he has been a coach for almost 20 years

We don't have any defender better than Balogun, not even Awaziem. We struggle without him.

I don't need to talk much about Nwakali, I will quote your post after the AFCON, that is if Nwakali gets the opportunity to perform.

In the last six games, starting only two games and making two substitute appearances, and despite our poor performances in attack, Ejuke has two attempts at goal, and has at least made three key passes. Name any winger who has done so.

Iwobi has two assists in his last three games. This is good.

Remember i said these players bring something unique.
Balogun is a our only ball playing central defender.
Ndidi makes vital blocks and interceptions, and very good in reading the opponents and snuffing out threats.
Nwakali is a good freekick taker in addition to his ball distribution skills and contributions to defense. Only Ndidi, Onyeka and Etebo have an edge over him in defensive contributions.
Iwobi's assists speaks for him
Ejuke and Chuks are players who can create chances for themselves out of nothing and also create for others.
I don't need to talk about Osimhen

I wasn’t against balogun because he is one of naija most important player but putting an uncapped nwakali with him is pure nonsense ,allow nwakali to play for the eagles and perform and stop being faster than your shadows

There is no need to quote my post after the afcon ,how can you say nwakali is among naija top players after ndidi and osimhen ,someone that’s yet to be capped is already among the top players

As it is now ,nwakali is not among naija top 20 performers and you are putting him along side ndidi osimhen balogun ,he can be among naija top performers later if he comes good ,

How many free kick nwakali has nwakali scores for his club side since he is a free kick specialist

Las las say no to mpuru mmiri

Omo you too funny abeg

Ndah is a 23 years. As he claims

It is not a mere claim, it is hard to doctor the ages of the offsprings of former internationals or pro footballers. Olisah's father, Ndubuisi Ndah, captained Enugu Rangers from 1992-1997. He was the first captain of the home based dominated U23 Eagles in 1995 during the All Africa Games in Harare, Zimbabwe, where Nigeria won bronze. He was also part of the Dream Team I squad that conquered the world at Atlanta 1996 Olympic Games.

No one gets a top job without CV at least with an average CV...CV is just so very important
Gareth got middlesbrough job without a coaching badge he immediately went to coaching academy and got a coaching badge at that point he was even anonymous in the league... football has evolved to what it used to be in 2006 and shii and your players will question your decision if you don't have good credentials.

Mbok. Skillset. Skillset. Skillset.

He has a quality the coach needs in the team other players don't have. Whether he plays on the moon is not the point.

Middlesbrough brought a good argument to the table; Middlesbrough successfully argued that, because Southgate had recently been an international player, he had had no opportunity to undertake the coaching courses and immediately went for the refresher course cases of Southgate are very rare.
