Fairly satisfactory, however, take note of the prolactin level. Quite high, which could alter ovulation and its regularity. And looking at the progesterone, I think it should be higher for that day the test was done to show positive or successful ovulation.

Okay, you are on the right track. Slow and steady., but ensure you check the prolactin level alone at intervals to be sure if the medication is working for you or not, I think cabergoline works faster. Do you menstruate normally? If so, you can keep track of ovulation..

I menstruate normally and I've been using Flo app to track ovulation. The doctor prescribed Parlodel last year for this same issue and I was on it for 3months before discontinuing. Now that we are serious about kids, it wasn't happening so I decided to check again and discovered it is still high. Cabergoline seems more powerful than Parlodel but I don't want to switch medications without medical counsel.

What's the recommended intervals for checking the Prolactin level?

God does as HE pleases; just trust HIM and never ever compare yourselves with others. People waited well over 10years; no show and by the 18th year,God gave them children. You know the best thing at this point,sir? Pray for speedy answer. That 2022 will be your year.

Opk has been used, no ovulation
Scan always say no fluid at pod.
No CM
No ovulation pain

Please for those who have done HSG before, which day of the cycle is most suitable to do the test?

So i didn't really do anything different from the usual taking of folic acid, tracking ovulaton, remaining on the bed after BD for at least 20mins, watching what i ate during my fertility window and within the first two weeks after ovulation and then remain positive and optimistic while still praying to God for a miracle.

I really want to encourage every ttc mum, please don't loose hope ok. Just be conscious of what you eat and when you eat it. I believe at the fullness of time you will get your own testimony. Amen

Carbergolin doesn't give reaction. Infact , it is tolerated compared to parlodel, bromergon and the likes. It is just expensive

My own issue is that , I have tested twice for prolactin and the results are normal but I secret discharge from my nipple. I have used all variants of bromocriptine for it , yet the discharge will come out when I press my breast. I have noticed this over 15years ago. I have never been pregnant.

Please house , what could be the cause of this?

Go and do a mammogram if your prolactin is normal.

Nipple discharges should not be overlooked when other underlying factors are showing anything.
