Good day house please WES Verification how long does it take now

Hello gurus in the house,

Please I need your advice. I saw a sponsored ads on Facebook about Canada Jobs. It also captioned that the company will sponsor the visa. I picked the number and chatted on WhatsApp. I was asked to send my CV to their email and after 24hours, I was mailed that my qualifications met their requirements. I was offered job as a Drill Engineer for the Oil and gas company. I was later sent Temporary Residence Visa Form to fill as well as Labour Market Impact Assessment(LMIA) form and Job agreement letter(that have in it that I will be responsible for the biometrics fee while other cost till arrival will be handled by the company). I filled and signed where necessary and returned them with my International passport as requested.

After few days, I was mailed to send the LMIA , Visa Form and my International passport to the lagos embassy of Canada through the email they gave (lagos@vfsglobal.g-c.online, so as to book my biometrics. I did as instructed and after few hours, got a mail from the said lagos embassy mail that my documents have been reviewed and i should proceed to pay for my biometrics through the payment link supplied so I can be given date for the biometrics. The biometrics fee is $116 CAD and processing fee is $91 CAD, bringing total to $207 CAD which amounted to #66,549.89 or pay same into one CEDI SIGNAL ZENITH BANK account and send receipt to them.

I am confused as to being real or not which is the reason I seek your genuine and honest advice.

So sorry for this mistake , we have all been scammed at one point or the other. Find a way to get your passport back, this is not legit.

Most of them don't know the implication of what they are doing right now because all they are seeing is increased CRS point. But when kasala burst, you will see them come online to ask questions for their imaginary friend because shame won't let them say they are asking for themselves.

I saw this on the TEF thread, and as it didn't have responses, decided to come here. These are clearly scammers, like everyone else has pointed out. If Job easy to get laidat, e don tey wen I for don enter, I for don even complete my 1 year in preparation for CEC. Cos even the legit jobs are not as sharp sharp as these ppl offered you They always take their time, and I later realized from a recruiter that they actually try to source ppl from inside and outside. Once an insider is found, even if na 1 month u don dey the process, they will send an "unfortunately" email.

My major concern, is that passport you sent to them, whether original or photocopy, they have all your passport details and I hope they don't start doing and undoing with it.

I did mine under 2weeks. My school sent my credentials via email to WES and it was evaluated in 10days or so.

Depends on how your docs are sent to WES.

If your transcript has been uploaded by your school to a platform like digitary, the evaluation would take about 3 days or less.

I’ve see those tef runs posts. People just nor Dey tire to do shortcut. I think some actually write for people while some claim to have the questions ahead of the exam lol

A simple google search should help you to know the real process for getting a job and processing your permit for Canada but too many people have been blinded by their desperation. This right here is the reason ppl fall for scam , they use religion to cloud their judgements most atimes .
I don’t even bother replying job adverts that I did not personally apply for , it’s difficult to get jobs in Canada but it’s very possible , however you have to use the right channels . LinkedIn , job bank or accredited AIP list on IRCC . Atleast you know that AIP is for foreign workers and you can be lucky .

In all always do your in-depth research because this journey requires continuous research , and be open to learn and make corrections when you are advised .

I know the page you’re talking about. Ah they’re selling certificates there? I literally thought it would be a legit fast-tracked program. E.g I know some people do Cima/ACCA. They write all the exams in less than a year and get it evaluated with Wes as a 3 year bachelors. I thought it was stuff like that the page was doing o. Omoooooo

His certificate has issue with d.names He made a mistake in school when he was doing his registration and he didn't rectify fault. D name. on his certificate is without his surname . But his Passport has all d correct name. How. Can we rectify the issue becos the name I used for Registering his WES acct is d name on his passport but if d school shld send his transcript the names will be different. Help me am confused

Let him write to the school or visit them to correct it if it was a mistake.

Rectify it now before the school send his transcript to WES to avoid unnecessary delays

CIMa and acca are professional certifications. That's different.
What kind of Bsc Dem dey fast track in few months?
