jieta: Your entire write up is based on assumption and history. I looked at teams in the HERE and NOW looking at team composition and the quality of players they have, with details. And all you can say is historical form and make assumptions by historical precedent. That's not very intelligent. |

komekn: In the here and now, list the teams that have a better squad than Nigeria at the AFCON, using your own parameters of league quality and the amount of $$ the players earn... Apparently, you have disagreed with nearly every moniker that's ranking us along the top favorite..it'd be helpful if you drafted your own ranking... 4 Likes 1 Share |

House, away from Afcon for a minute What's your take on Nigerians bashing and trolling Watford in their official facebook page? IMO I think it's really bad for business Those guys have about 5 Nigerians on their books, Yeah it was quite heartbreaking to see Dennis miss the AFCON,but I believe we are taking it too far Funny thing is that the Hornets fans are now fighting back... What's your take?? https://www.facebook.com/21223691814/posts/10159654682691815/?app=fbl Cc: komekn, thesupernerd, andrewbaba44, chriskel, icon's, thegoodjoe, safarigirl and other participants |

komekn: True mr Komekn, i cannot remember the last time we beat Egypt, or scored more than once against them. Let's face it, we are not a free scoring team, and we would need lots of goals to beat Egypt. 1 Like |

komekn:You know the point you have been stressing: how he has not moved beyond the exploits of teen football, how he's stuck in the backwater leagues of Europe, how he does not deserve to be called up for the AFCON. These points have been dinned into our heads over and over again. It's like an obsession for you. To go over and over and over again with regards a matter that you can't change or influence, is really baffling. 2 Likes |

Bro we beat them two years plus ago in a friendly played at Asaba so things are not that bad. They will be dangerous and tough to beat but let's not downgrade our selves too much. Joezinho: |

chrisooblog: No one is downgrading the super eagles team. I am saying things the way they are. Our strikers are not tournament tested unless nacho is ready to bring his EPL form then the SE might triumph, firing a coach, mishandling of invitation list. Etc |

komekn:Nooo acknowledge your bias. That's the honest thing to do. You have very strong bias for 'innit players' (as humility33 calls them) And really there's nothing bad about it. We all have our biases. But to constantly put down certain players in the name of objectivity gives you away. You think you are the most objective person here but you are not. Imagine that for over two weeks you talk negatively about Nwakali everyday and your points are basically the same - Every goddamn day. Think am ooo 9 Likes |

4 Burkinabes players have tested positive .ahead of tomorrow's match. The coach said the four players are the main players, and the captain started a protest against the result. Expert in the house, please, what are the rules concerning Covid 19 in Afcon? Imagine all goalkeepers in a team tested positive or all Nigerian midfielders test positive before a second-round match against Algeria. I need clarity. I doubt this tournament will be free from controversies |
