sorry but this is false, Yobo was injured shortly before that tournament managed to get fit and played the first game then suffered another injury during the second game of the Afcon. This means Yobo was out for about 2-3 months, injury dropped Yobo not Afcon

Yes very false , because you were in there .

2 Senegal goal keeper are said to have caught covid and Someone here yesterday was criticizing the coach decision to go with 4 goal keepers.
I think if players aren't sick from covid they should go on to play jare so far the player are vaccinated.

Ebuehi in camp? Wow

If covid ruin starting Xi,the game is a walkover of 2-0 for available team?? grin

Seems this covid will imbalance the trajectory of this AfCON and even an underdog may win it.

They should have settled how these protocols will be and deliberated on the best acceptable testing methods. Why would stranger medical team be going to Burkina hotel?

I hope this yeye thing doesnt ruin our chances. Will hate to see bench in XI playing a KO game with depleted squad.

For me Egypt are very well organised they play like brothers nobody is looking for glory, highly disciplined, they really really understand themselves and as such very difficult to break down.

But I don't think they will win.
As a Nigerian and a realist at that, even if Nigeria goes to a tournament with weak players, something within me hopes they win the tournament. So let Egypt bring Salah, let Algeria bring Mahrez, Senegal, Mane, me I as a SE fan believe we can do. Without this belief, where's the enjoyment?

Nooo acknowledge your bias. That's the honest thing to do. You have very strong bias for 'innit players' (as humility33 calls them)
And really there's nothing bad about it. We all have our biases. But to constantly put down certain players in the name of objectivity gives you away. You think you are the most objective person here but you are not. Imagine that for over two weeks you talk negatively about Nwakali everyday and your points are basically the same - Every goddamn day.

Think am ooo

First of all is there anything I have said that's untrue.

I understand bias in the negative to mean, distorted, inequitable, unfair , not balanced and discriminatory negative.

Every day you hype him anything he does is classed is excellent , he takes a free kick that's technically poor and you say world class.

Would you give the same accolades and commendations to Lukaku as you would with Joe Linton ( Newcastle) or would you do the same with Trent Alexander and Ritchie at (Newcastle) in comparison.

So why would you want me to give someone the same accolades when they have dramatically different level of achievement. One outstanding and the other abysmal.

You want me to be favourably biased and talk up a player and exaggerate his attributes to the point of deceit. WHY

In other words you want me to be favourably biased but untruthfully.

Sorry NO

Hello house, abeg e get issue wey Dey bother me here for the past 1 week now which I would love to share to get opinion and advise

I am in love with a lady whom I wish to settle down with and already visited her place for introduction on the 28th of last month. Her family welcomed me and her father was pleased to see me for the first time saying he have heard a lot about me

Let me say that I hv told a lot of pple of my plans and I must confess that 80% out of 100 warned me seriously not to proceed and if I do that it won’t end well

But the biggest problem now is that the lady in question is from arondizogu in ideato north and many of my kinsmen and relative hv been warning me not to move ahead with my plans on getting married to the lady because of her origin. She is from ndiuche in arondizongu and from my personal findings the result I got about the place is terrifying and at this point I am confused. Hv not been able to sleep for the past few nights

Is there anyone that knows arondizogu very well here?

My little observations from this video shows how slow the team is in defending set-piece.

First, they all anticipated the free kick to be overhead, and their reaction after the ball went through the wall of defence was very slow. Henry Onyekuru, standing in the wall swiftly broke off to tap in with nobody to give chase. Only for them to raise hands for offside when he was more alert than the wall of defense & the goalkeeper.

Secondly, the goalkeeper (Uzoho) would have done better using his leg to clear the ball to safety some keepers do that a lot but instead he wanted to stand up and save the ball but was slow from his reaction . The team needs to be mentally alert to every opponent present or movement in their box at all time. Their anticipation & decision making must be quick.
In tournament, team cohesion matters a lot & stroke of luck. They may be brilliant individually but as a team, they will conquer.

Now take time respond to his other observations that you delight in talk Ing down Nigeria born players for your British born players

You easily criticise Oshimen and quickly create an excuse for Tammy for same reason u criticise Oshimen

To u the innit boys are way better than Nigeria groomed players and all you do here is to constantly belittle this lads for your innit boys

Pharaohs Not About Me Alone, Salah Replies Nigeria, Others
independent.ng

LAGOS – Mohammed Salah, the Pharaohs of Egypt and Liverpool of England prolific attacker, has replied the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) opponents, who had been making comments about him ahead of the start of the continental showpiece, saying the former African champions were not about him alone.

The forward, who just recently joined his international colleagues after helping Liverpool secure a 2-2 draw against Chelsea at the Stamford Bridge, said such comments as ‘we can stop Salah’, ‘we are not intimidated’ by Salah’, among others were uncalled for as his team has quality players to prosecute the competition even if he was not there.

Salah, while speaking to local media, KingFut.com, said he was sure Pharaohs would do well with the corporation of everybody.

“I have read severally where such comments like ‘we can stop Salah’ and ‘we are not intimidated by Salah’ are said. But it is not about me.

“In this team, we have very good and hungry players who can do the job even if I am not there.

“No team can perform with only one player and in our team, we have players who are willing and capable of winning this Competition whether I am there or not and I think we will do well with the corporation of all,” KingFut quoted the player as saying.

Meanwhile, it will be recalled that some Nigerian players have pointed the Liverpool danger man as a player that must be stopped when both countries clash on Tuesday. Nigeria are in the same group with Egypt, Sudan and Guinea Bissau.
