Our electricity was connected few months b4 moving, and we were billed for those months..we were told that except their isn't connection we won't be billed.. now we requested for meter and the previous debt were moved to the prepaid meter, thereby deducting some percentage from the payment of token purchased. and I have be tracking the deduction from some time now on AEDC website. By now the deduction should have be cleared. But the website isn't going through again.. They can be funny to continue deducting . |

jadyclem: Good morning, I'm not lying, infact I have no gain lying ok, there are some homes in Nigeria that have about 8 or more AC, 4/5 fridges/freezer, washing machine etc. I know a family friend, they spend over 100k per month. Many ppl now resort to solar though we do have constant power supply. Please don't use your area to generalize okay, thank you. |

franciskaine: U still doubt? Na wa o. Nigerian system has really messed with us. How can the prepaid meter be scam ? When it is GIGO? Garbage in Garabage out. What you use is what you pay for. People are just always afraid to be responsible for their light consumption. Person wey get to use AC for mind go dey think of how to bypass. E wrong na. I have been on unmetered ever since until I got the prepaid for me and my folks. It has been peace of mind. My folks have more units to last them almost a year sef. They always recharge 10k monthly weda used or not. Prepaid meter and know peace. My store where we use un mettered .small store that I am not always around o. I pay 5k monthly for light . 1 Like |

Maobichek:Constant power supply in Nigeria? Abeg, which part of Nigeria is that? Because down here where I reside we keep paying for darkness and they've made the prepaid meter inaccessible. |

jadyclem: Abj is the seat of power, some parts have uninterrupted power supply here. Nigeria is playing Egypt today and I'm sure that I wouldn't use gen but NEPA. |
