Zik argued for removal of secession clause, Awo and Balewa agreed.
Zik never pointed gun at them, neither did he have an army to command that would have brought Awo and Yorubas back to Nigeria if they seceded!
Actually,it was Awo who helped Gowon abolish the regions and created the 12 dysfunctional states that marked the death of NIGERIA as a progressive entity.
