Asaba is an Igbo town. Nothing wrong with them getting investments from Onitsha. There is always enough to go round.

shocked

Which Asaba?

The same Asaba that their artisan's, mechanics complains that Anambra sit-at-home is affecting them because mgbuka obosi spare parts market is on lock down.

But, even if Asaba is taking over Southeast's economy and I wonder why it's bordering a non-Igbo?

This vulture of an Op really need a job

Asaba is the capital of a state where the igbos are in the minority wink This is what the English man calls it when you cut your nose to spite your face.
The benefits will be redistributed within Delta State.

It's also a good development that asaba is booming. There's nothing like Delta Igbo, 40 percent of Delta State including asaba, ph we are all igbos.

Thanks for this info on Budapest.

For me it's a good thing that Asaba is booming... Infact I've I've always had the belief that Ọnịcha and Ahaba should merge and become one city, just like Buda and Pest merged to become Budapest

Asaba has always been Asaba and can't be Onitsha or Aba

Stop ranting. The sit at home is bad but don't bring up incomparables

They way most people carry Southern Region seat at home for head ehh...e tire me.

One thing is certain, even if they lockdown southeast for 1month, you won't and will never see families queue up on line to beg for what to eat.

Rather we will feel the pains as humans we are but God knows how to make the impossible, possible for us.
Mr man, stop lying, I stay in Anambra, Ozubulu to be precise. This monday sit at home is really affecting people especially traders, let call a spade a spade, no need for chest beating.

What I hate most in this sit at home is someone living abroad giving the order while working and then enforce it on people at home.

Asaba is pro Igbo. Asaba and Onitsha are twin cities. PH shot itself on the foot by going against igbos, today PH fun seekers troop to Owerri during the weekend, and make wholesale purchase from Aba

Good morning, the op's opinion is true to an extent within Aasaba and Onitsha because Asaba may not observe sit at home but Onitsha is still Onitsha and to say that Asaba is taking over the economy of South East is unheard cos Asaba is just a town compare to the entire South East.

Lastly, places like Onitsha and Aba are well established as business areas that is why some neighbouring towns will come down to this two major towns to buy from.

This is where he failed in his propaganda. First it was how businesses were relocating to Lagos from the SE. When that failed, he now turned to Asaba forgetting that he is not more Igbo than an Asaba man. grin

Pls don't called it useless sit at home they love it they are enjoying it so pls allow them to keep sit at home up because when I told them this is a silly step they called me Afonja Aboki so pls let them enjoy it.

Soon they will started claiming Asaba belong to them because they are world best known land grabbers but hate seen other tribe owing land or business in their region. Mind you that is where I came from but I'm always at loggerhead with them because of their arrogancy and hateful nature thy hate me but I give no shit I'm a human and I only see humanity before tribe.

A person ipigs miscreants telling you to close your source of income without referendum or agreement with you and you consented to it and the person heading the miscreants is in Foreign country working from Monday to Friday earning hard currency and you fools obeying jobless animals called ipigs is that not stupidity?

If you anyone of them like they should quote I won't reply or even care to read stupid demented ipig zombie thrash.

I understand your plight brother. My parents and most of my friends in the east (Aba, Abia State) are traders too. But after much complaint and worries like you stated on your case now, they are now used to it.

Monday is like a new weekend to them. And God in one way or the other balance the equation for them.
