Danielnino00:Seriously ehn in voting for the best forward the first consideration for many is the performance of a player in the GWG. Try say people should vote Nigeria's all time best forward and you'd see people voting Rashidi ahead of Obafemi Martins even though overall Martins has more career goals than Rashidi but for most people, it is performance in the GWG that matters. 4 Likes |

How come the teams we played in the qualifiers of world cup seems to be pulling weight this afcon Sierra Leone and now cape Verde.. And funny enough, people were of the opinion we could have won them by wide margin.. Now I hope y'all can see that the super eagles is the best team in Africa 7 Likes |

drDoom3: Hold up, are you talking about Aribo's performance with Rangers FC or Super Eagles?? Are you aware Nwakali is a Nigerian HERO ?? The kind of disrespect he suffers here is quite unimaginable.....He is a national hero !! 2 Likes |

seankafor: Yes, we could have won them by a wide margin. Compare our game without some key players like Osimhen to the nonsense we played with Rohr even when we had our best players. Rohr was a good coach but even the best products have an expiry date. Look at Djamel Belmadi now. Guy was the hot cake of African football but see how he is expiring. |

minfelix: Nigeria also won AFCON in Tunisia in 1994 and Cameroon won AFCON in Morocco in 1988. So there would always be outliers in data analysis. Most North African teams perform well when the AFCON is hosted in North Africa. It is not an absolute statement. They can still win it outside of their sub-region but they perform better when it is played in North Africa than anywhere else. That is the point. 2 Likes |

drDoom3:The game just started na Remembered how we played nonsense in the early minutes against Sudan? Besides, cameroun already won the group, so you can't judge them with this match When I said they would be a hard nut to crack, I didn't mean they were better than us, I was talking about the host and home factors. Tunisia is good but we would easily outplay and defeat them(remember last AFCON) |

Icon4s: Cc. Icon4s I know the line you are towing, which is to keep playing the starting eleven to improve understand and cohesion but I disagree with this line of thinking. Why ? While the team has managed to score some goals they are still not a unit , except for some individual excellence. Therefore , since the team , and particularly the midfield had continued to collapse we must continue trying different players until we find a better combination. Thanks |

drDoom3: Yes , they are and its not debatable: Now , tell me where Musa Muhammad is and tell me why we need him. Tell me where Bamgnoye is and why do we need him. If I recall Bamgnoye is an attacker. Same thing with Chrisantus; where is he and who would he bench in the current SE set up. Lets apply some thoughts in our thinking and shun making emotional responses. Truth is Nwakali was invited to strengthen our shaky and spineless midfield Ndidi , Iwobi and "world class" Aribo couldn't hold together. Did you ever wonder why Ndidi came alive when Nwakali was subbed in ? Ndidi was playing like he had been tied down for so long....the best thing you can do for yourself is tell yourself the truth. Alot of these English players would not qualify for ball boy if they were born in Africa!! |

fabyom:I have not said anything to you, and you are already crying and using multiple exclamation marks. When you have nothing intelligent to say, the next thing is to start bringing up something that has nothing to do with the topic You goofed, and we would never have noticed if you did not quote it to try to change mouth. So, because he missed AFCON and almost missed world cup it makes him a bad footballer? I will ignore your attacks on my person, because it is not the point of anything. It is just you being emotional because I called out your poor judgement, and that is expected. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Icon4s: Dem no dey rest most lethal forward. He has scored 5 of their 7 goals this tournament, and the idea is to seek total domination You need to show your other competition that there is no chance for them, that you have no off days and you do not grant mercy. You need to instill fear in their minds before they even meet you. That is one reason I need us to get all 9 points from our group. Make Cameroon no think say na only them come play ball for this tournament. 2 Likes |
