lol... C where u interpret protein in urine go, just bcs dey said der is protein in ones urine doesnt ve anything to do wit eating protein... Protein in urine can b cause by many things but during pregnancy it can b a sign of pre-eclampsia developing or UTI... OR mayb wen one is collect urine sample der was mixture of discharge n urine where by d discharge can mk protein to b presence in d urine wen tested, reason y one shld collect urine samples midstream... So, solutn to preggy mamas wit traces of protein in urine is to take LOTS N LOTS OF WATER sefini!!! No long tin... N if d protein in urine is due to infectn antibiotics will b given.... Pls its not food protein dt causes protein in urine, far frm it. pregnant women needs all d protein dey can get, especially in Nigeria dt most of our food is carbohydrates... N mind u, its NOT a death sentence.

I've been having show since Sunday. Last VE says I'm 2cm dilated. I have done squats( greatest mistake in recent time), danced small....no labor progress. I dont have that Yoga ball(the 'ijebu' trait and laziness to be blamed here).
Cant take a walk lest i fall.
Is there any other thing i can do? I've been sooo down..I'm 39weeks gone today.
I'd really appreciate any other suggestion. Thanks in advance.
