10 weeks kwa. Your DH get patience o. E pele. I thank God I'm far away from mine for now. Mine itches and my mind wants to think of infection but it's not possible mbok not after all the antibiotics I don swallow this period and whereas my mum said it's part of the healing process.
I wish Nigerian women would write more about the postpartum period as it is never spoken about. In terms of what to expect and how to handle. But if one does, the normal criticism of "Are you the first to birth a child".......

if u read correctly frm d guy e said its their first time of hvin sex since his wife gave birth which rule out ur "EVERYTIME" dt u mentn... Yes, postinor shld only b taking once in a while n shldnt b abused, it is d only emergency contraceptive pill dt dey can use if dey dont want pregnancy 4 now, d wife may probably b on her fertile window sef since she just had her period... Having a good sleep at night now adays nah war. Pain at my lower back, my buttocks, down to d back of the leg always wakes me up.
Sleeping on the side isn't my thing atall, so am guessing that's the cause because it's really hard for me. Not sure I slept upto 2hours lastnight

Pele darling mama, that is part of Preggy wahala, try supporting yourself with a lot of pillows and find a comfy position, also put small throw pillow between your knees, nothing to big oo, it will help with hip and sometimes back pain as well

ask your dr about calcium tabs also, cos i noticed when i am low on it, i get to have leg strain/pain while sleeping and even muscle pull sef.

Pele, embrace the journey to motherhood, i always beef dh when he sleeps peacefully beside me and me i have to do vigilante, and also strategize on how to turn/change position from one side to the other

Same here mama I've been having trouble sleeping on both sides as well . At times I feel like kicking hubby when he's sleeping soundly it isn't easy oooo. But it will end in praise.
