Get me any city that has its busy business district tailored with a canal for waterway transport across every street then I will take you serious. That alone singles out eko Atlantic.

Also will your city be having a rail service and skycar,personal rapid transit across the city.

You build capacity by executing small projects well - and progressing. There are kenya contractors doing small raods. Chinese started from there - worked on delivering on time, on cost and on quality. You cannot climb the tree from the top like the shoddy Nigeria contractor who took 5yrs to do 4kms road - and in the end they damaged it's own reputation and entire Nigeria contractor reputation in Kenya road construction.
