It will be lead by the USCIS Director. This can be your chance to respectfully ask about the K1 delay. You can sign up at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (govdelivery.com)

It is not.............my american fiancee who just left nigeria last month applied for a Nigerian Visa from the Nigerian Consulate Newyork and she got the Visa less than two weeks of applying and it was valid for 3-years multiple entries
