Apart from machinery, most if not all the raw materials used in producing cement are sourced locally. Even BUA boss admitted that cement is overpriced and they are making bastard money off Nigerians.

Actually, Dangote did not buy PAN. PAN still exists as a separate company . Dangote did try to buy them, but they said no, so he set up his own plant.
