I can speak from my own experience
A white girl tried to set me up back in 2012
She came to visit us but started behaving bad forcing us to tell her to leave our apartment.

She refused to leave, so we drag her out of the house. Meanwhile as we were dragging her outside she was hitting us and assaultung us with objects. Once she was outside she started breaking our door and yelling that we raped her.
this blonde girl started punching her face!! To make it look like it was us that punch her.
She then took out her phone to take picture of her face with blood on her lips.
One of my guy then ran out to stop her from doing that then she started videoing him saying he is one of them help me help me.
The guy out of anger tries to collect the phone.
To stop her from recording him. And she made it look like he is attacking her.

That's right, but there's always a vindication on the side of the innocent, that's why no matter how long it takes, the Truth will always prevail.

The media news outlets will say 2 Nigerian men arrested for sexual assault and rape.
And gulliable tools will quickly jump to say im guilty. Only the thought of that, sends shiver down my spine.

Masons case is different, there is an audio recording where he threatened to be violent towards that girl if she didn't let him have sex with her , even when she told him she didn't want to

The case died because you failed to hire an attorney to file a lawsuit. Don't blame the law, blame yourself.

You don’t have all the facts so it’s strange to think your case is same as Mason’s, this is insane.

I said this before*,,why didn't she report the issue when it occurred(obviously long time ago cos the girl looked fresh while being interviewed),,she chose to do just that when our man dumped her sorry b*tch f*ck @$$.

You people should listen to the audio naaa

In the audio Mason was clearly insisting on having sex with the girl even when she kept saying she doesn't want to.

She later tried pushing him off but he threatened her to not try to push him away again.

Even if the audio was released after they broke up it still doesn't change the fact that he had forceful sex (rape) with her which is something that is not taken lightly in USA.

Stop defending rapist, apply common sense.

Aware of a case where the chap in question died in prison...

It took the collapse of another false accusation case by the supposed rape victim, to open her' 'can of worms' of successful prisecutions.

The girl is a citizen and i'm a foreigner in her country. This happened in belarus. As a black man the odds were really against us.
So we took this narrow escape as 2nd chance at life.
We bought gifts and flowers for that my neighbour and his family.
I postrated on the floor and thanked his son that videoed that incident. I legit cried because i know that if that video wasnt taken. My life would have been finished because they really believed the girl. And wanted to use us as scapegoats to paint the narrative that black foreigners are violent and should be dealt with. Fear women

I swear at all at all I’d send my story to local news, blog, anyone ready to publish it, something that would bring out her name when entered in to google. She would never get off easy.

What to do about the wasted years the wrongly accused person must have spent in jail, I've read about those who never got vindicated from what they were been accused of till they left life.

Remember Johnny Depp? Later turned out the wife fabricated a lot of so-called evidence. There's nothing more dangerous than a bitter woman. She's worse than a hardened criminal and even less remorseful. Also, people are so quick to judge before seeing actual evidence.
Frankly, I didn't even know about this whole ish, cause I don't even watch football to begin with. It was a WhatsApp status post that was written with so much hate about the guy that made me look it up. Social media has turned people to sheep making herd judgements. Misinformed daftlings on nairaland are not exempt.
What the hell happened to observation without evaluation?
These women have nothing to lose but the people they drop allegations on have everything to lose. That alone should make any rational person to chill and reevaluate. Mason isn't the first, Neymar, Ronaldo, Johnny Depp, you yourself and many successful men have been there, and he definitely wouldn't be the last. It will be that way until people start thinking for themselves and not allow the media to do the thinking for them.

When she started ‘behaving badly’ as you said, you should have called the police. When she was acting disorderly, one of you should have recorded it.

You didn’t call the police, you didn’t record her acting, even when she was hitting herself, you failed to record it….you only rushed out to stop her from using her phone to take a ‘fake photo’ and to record your guy…..and he was trying to do that when she was outside the house and could be seen by confused neighbours!!

Sometimes you manufacture and inflict yourself with unnecessary misfortune.
