Hello Everyone.

I'm having this problem of my Laptop Hanging/freezing. It happens whenever i use browsers mostly (opera or Chrome), It's a new PC and i recently had to reinstall windows only for same problem to persist, i always had to use the power button to hard shutdown durin the freezing process. I would be glad if i can get solution to this. Thanks

A lot of things can cause this , even RAM ,I'll advise you see a laptop technician for proper diagnosis.

I took it to their service center using the warranty. Initially thought it was hard drive problem, got it replaced by them but still same problem. I have only few applications installed, just about 7 non-heavy apps... nawa for HP o.

I help a customer to unlock his Lenovo X250 ,he brought it back the next day saying it hang on windows logo , saying it wasn't like that before.

I noticed the window logo had a kind of lines on it like a graphic issue,I tried with another RAM and it worked fine,I told him to replace the RAM,it was then he confirmed that he used the one that came with the laptop on another one and this one was gotten from another laptop.

The fact that it displays doesn't mean the RAM is okay, hanging issues can also be cause by a bad RAM.

Guys I have a problem.
My windows 10 search bar doesn't work and I can't search files on windows explorer.

Also the spacebar doesn't work on the media player.
I searched google and I saw one solution that involves running one ctf exe file which works but the problem comes back after restarting the system.

What can I do to permanently solve this problem?

The space bar works with VLC player.
Since you said you've tried all options online and it's still not working,I guess you just have to reinstall the operating system.

Hi guys, I uninstalled a theme and went back to the
Windows 10 background picture that originally came with
the Windows 10 and ever since then, the start menu
comes on and disappears, if I booth the system the start
menu will come on and immediately the system is fully
on, the start menu disappears again, I had to go to the
task manager and click on Windows explorer to restart
and the start menu appears again and disappears after
some seconds but if I keep clicking repeatedly once it
appears, it tend to stay but if i shut down the system, I
have to start all over again to bring it out following the
method I mentioned above.
what should I do and how can I get it back there the way
it was before, someone told me to install a new Windows
that it has been corrupted by the theme I used and
uninstalled but i cannot afford to lose my documents, files
and softwares and start afresh.
please is there any way out to bring back the start menu
to original position without me going through the task
manager in which it still disappears after some seconds

you have to reinstall a new windows 10 as someone told you, the theme has messed up that Os. you will keep your files, documents and music, under the options, while installing it a new windows, you will not format it. so all your files will be save in windows old, you will only loose your apps or programs and games, of which you can always install it back, provided you have the software setups
